learning the details about today's bombing at the boston marathon. two bombs exploded within seconds of each other, about 75 yds apart. right now, the death toll stands at three, but it could go higher. some of the more than 140 injured victims are not expected to survive. no arrests and no one has claimed responsibility. there is one report that a person in interest is being questioned by f. doris. police say, the attack could have even been more deadly. they found several devices that bill to go off. u.s. navy bomber crews are on the scene. national guard troops have set up a command post on the boston,. boston police have with a grant >> pam have dramatic video showing the first explosion right there and then you can hear the second explosion about 15 seconds later. this was shot by claude boston globe photographer.

describe with his mom was like. >> this tremendous explosion, it sounded like a bomb went off right next to me and the shock waves just hit my body and my legs to started shivering around. i knew i was going down. i didn't feel any severe pain, but as i rolled over, i saw a little scratch on my leg but nothing too bad. so i lay there just momentarily and one of the finisher assistances came over to talk to me and offered to give me a hand and help me get up and help me get over the finish line so i could complete my race. so, we did that and i felt ok so i told them i was probably our right. we started to get a wheelchair but i rounded up and i told them my hotel,

getting a call for heightened security because of what happened in boston. take a look of this video, this was shot dead monday afternoon. you can see a bomb sniffing dog checkout trash cans. the officer handling the dog said there were told to move quickly. shortly after the bomb blast in austin, tx 8 officers were called out, looking out for possible suspicious activity. an officer with sfpd here at the airport told me that everyone on staff has had their shift extended for at least four hours. now, no flights here at sfo were affected. there was a short alert to the restricted flights from logan airport to boston but a duty agent said that did not affect any sort of san francisco flights. travelers said that by and large, they feel safe to travel on this day, but certainly what has happened in boston is affecting

rocked that city near the crowded the finish line of the marathon. police say at least three people have been killed, one of them in a year-old child. more than 140 people were injured. the explosions were about a block apart and also happen within seconds of one another. hospitals are reporting that they're treating at least 134 people tonight. victims suffered broken bones and ruptured ear drums. of those hurt, officials say at least 15 are in critical condition. police said they have no suspects in custody and so far no person has clampers possibility for the attacks. will be right back. -- claimed responsibility.

>> pam: and a recap tonight on the terror attack at the boston marathon. two explosions rocked that city near the crowded finish line area. police say at least three people have been killed, one of them, a child, 80 years old. more than 140 others were injured. the explosions worry about a block apart and happened within seconds of one another. some victims suffered lambs show suffered a shattered bones and ruptured eardrums. officials say at least 15 are in critical condition and no suspects are in custody. so far, no groups of persons have claimed responsibility. stay tuned as we continue to bring you the latest developments in this breaking story. we will have updates on kron4 dot com and
